I built the full system behind those numbers. CRM workflows in GoHighLevel and Zoho. Lead enrichment using Hunter and Apollo. Attribution fixes that gave us the full picture and let us cut spend without losing results. Compliant follow-up sequences that kept leads warm so they actually picked up the phone. Onboarding and nurturing flows for new and existing clients. A downsell offer that recovered revenue from prospects who didn't close the first time.

Over 37,000 qualified leads went through that system.

Before that, I spent 8 years running my own consultancy. I built lead generation and retention systems for local businesses across real estate, food trucks, e-commerce, and service-based companies. I wrote the ads, built the funnels, set up the CRMs, and tracked everything through to close.

The pattern I kept seeing was the same everywhere. Businesses spending money to bring people in the door, then losing them on the other side. No follow-up. Tracking problems. Disconnected tools.
